MEDITATION 

Come and join in with discussions, breath work, heart and brain activation, guided meditation, sound therapy healing, singing crystal bowls and more!
These session are designed to help deal with anxiety, stress, sleep, relaxation and mental, physical and emotional well being!
The sessions and times vary held in and around the Retford and Whitwell areas. Sessions include time to discuss positions and posture, oxygenate the blood and body, relax and activate the heart and mind and enjoy a guided meditation and sound bath to help the mind detach from the chatter and open up the door to self discovery!

Emma at Compassionate Therapy is working hard to encourage everyone to meditate on any level.  There are bountiful free videos and sessions on offer and if you would like one to one sessions to introduce yourself to meditation or deepen trance states, these sessions are available as well as group meditation circles of all kinds times and prices vary to suit all needs.


Emma began meditating after spending time in Thailand and learning the Buddhist tradition and meditation techniques.  Training with the Nottingham Buddhist Centre and the Brahma Kumaris Raja Yoga meditation since 2008, Emma now focuses on Metatron's Cube meditation and sacred geometry, working closely with the Universal elements and her Medicine Wheel meditation.  


Certified to teach and accredited by TMO through the Kevin Ellerton Meditation Master Class since 2021. Insured through Protectively. Full Enhanced DBS checked. Registered on the Mindfulness Teachers Register. Member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy.  All documents available to view upon request 🙏..
