Included in every therapy session you have with me are tools and tasks for you to take away after each appointment so  you can try them in your own time.  I want to give you the tools to be able to help heal yourself so even when your sessions with me come to an end, you have practiced, learnt and gained the ability to remain in an empowered state of mind and will be fully equipped with the knowledge and information you gain from my treatment plans to be able to deal with any challenges life brings your way in the future!

SOLUTION FOCUSED THERAPY

All my treatment and session planning  mainly follows Solution Focused Therapy.  I work using positive psychological based perspectives and resolutions to look into solutions for the problem rather than the problem.  I acknowledge the problem is there and it is what it is, from here I gather information and begin to plan all aspects for therapy specifically for the individual to be able to heal and move into the future with the knowledge and tools to heal themselves time after time.

FULL ASSESSMENT AND REVIEWS FROM BEGINNING TO END

I will work along with you as my client to ensure all areas and matters are fully assessed and reviewed at all times.  If any other issues or areas of improvement come up during sessions, I offer an inclusive examination into helping you feel healed and complete before you are ready to finish your therapy sessions with me.  This includes personality analysis, full case history, tailor made treatment plan, session planning, task and self help information and session review. I help you to set bespoke goals and plan all treatments and therapy around your required outcomes, so you receive the highest level of therapy to suit you and i always ensure i work along side other health care providers as necessary.
